Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. This gives you time to properly test your gear and ensure it’s right for your outdoor adventures.

Initiate Your Return

Email our Customer Adventure Team at [email protected] with your return request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

Package Your Items

Return items in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. Please include all accessories and documentation that came with your purchase.

Ship Your Return

Ship your return to our Seattle headquarters:

Receive Your Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Footwear that shows signs of wear or has been used outdoors
  • Socks (Mens Socks, Womens Socks) – for hygiene reasons
  • Neck Gaiters and Scarves – for hygiene reasons
  • Gloves and Mittens that show signs of wear
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing tags

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we’ll process a refund instead.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or incorrect product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement.
